I am supposed to leave monday (march 7) to go to C1 in Springfield, MO then start with PAM after that. Not a whole lot of new chatting going on here. So was wondering how things with PAM are right now? Do not want to be like the rest of these horror stories!!! I know not to pay a whole lot of attention to most of them, because there is two sides to a story and everyone always wants to point the finger the other way. But any information on how things are going now or if anyone has just started would like to know how its going so far. Thanks for the help!! any advice is also greatly appreciated!!

Soon as you get your cb hooked up, don't feed into all that illegal advertisement and relaxed mood. You will be a company driver, and your mind should be focused on your first 1 million miles (1,000,000) accident free & also, believe in something!
You will find many different avenues to venture if it's driving the 18 that you want to pursue, so just think about what's best for you, for instance, switching to another carrier that allows pets after 6 mths and paying the rest of your driver's tuition, or even sticking with PAM and trying to get hired on with Central Transport (their sister company) after your year is complete, or .........
Yes, your mind can go crazy because of a plethora of options, whether you're able to move on with no infractions or not.
If you like feeling tough, take it off when you meet any suit who thinks they are the whole world. They may in fact be your whole world at any God-given minute!
It gets good, but you won't have all the privileges yet. Study hard, and earn them like I'm trying to do over again here on my bench. -
keep a good balance of activities.

Hi there,
I just left C1 in Springfield on 3/4/111 after testing out in Carthage (previous driver let license expire lie an idiot) Anyway C1 was fine for me. I start with PAM on 3/14/11 and have heard decent things. Ive driven for two other companies from 03-05 and am looking foward to seeing how PAM is. Good luck at C1 and if you mention "Cindy" there to Miss Ruby and the other instructors they will KNOW who I am lol. Don't forget to do your homework it helps. Pray for Carthage DOT test site they rock
