The bank is being self serving to get their assets back! They don't give a rat's rear end about anything else. Do you think for a moment that if they weren't financially involved in this that they would give financial assistance>ntfl

they can be as seld serving as they want.... they are helping people get to where they need to go.... unlike what happened to the Arrow drivers... why make such a big deal out what they are doing?
hundrads of arrow drivers were stuck around around the country, ON THEIR OWN, doing what they had to do to get back home, money less... atleast this bank is paying for the drivers to deliver, then paying to get the driver home, and the equipment returned.... be so hateful about it? they are making sure they get their equipment back, and also making sure the drivers are not stuck on the side of the road with no fuel, making sure drivers are not stuck in the middle of nowhere with out food, water, bathroom etc. making sure that the drivers are safe, all while getting what they need. y cant u just be glad to heat that someone leanred from Arrows massive mistake, and took proper actions to actually assist these drivers...

I did work for the carters whatever if its rl carter trucking inc whatever you wanna call it, this company was not swift with a huge fleet there are less that 200 trucks with this company last i knew 138 on the road we all had the cell numbers of the brothers which ran the company so all the drivers once unable to contact anyone at the office attempted cell phones and still was unable to get ahold of them. The point at least the banker would call and check up and see if your making it home alright and getting you the money needed to get there. This company was drove to the ground by the carter brothers not the father taking to much money and stuffing there pockets full!!

And again you think there is a personal attachment to it and there isn't.

The company/business went broke/tits up and the bank/one of the banks is trying to get assets home as cheaply as possible. That means they are putting fuel in trucks and maybe paying drivers. Nothing more/nothing less.

It really does not matter if the bank is "looking out for itself" at least it's getting assets back to where they need to go wich can actually hurt everyone with an account at the bank BUT it IS getting drivers back to the yard. That's a good thing in anyones book instead if being stranded in BFE like that BFI Arrow did! Or as I'm starting to call any thing resembling what Arrow did as "GETTING ARROWED!" Doesn't hurt those with easy to offend sensiballities! Like the term screwed!

    Second in my little list:
Why can't the drivers get the REPO pay for their equipment if there was a repo reward offered? Whats the difference of the driver taking it to where it needs to be taken instead of some crack pot repo guy? Why do these lenders not attempt to call or contact the driver instead of a repo agent? Do they think the driver will refuse that kind of money or maybe something honest like the miledge pay and a bus ticket home? Sounds like a win win for the lender and saves them money! OOPS Yes I DIDF mean to step on repocessors!

Third: WHY do any drivers even think of staying with a company that's in ANY bankrupcy dealing? When a chapter 11 is filed I'd take the truck home and clean it out but keep what I recommend for a trainee to carry until things have made it through the court! http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...-drivers/16652-packing-list-for-students.html Page 17 Post 168 you do NOT need anything else in the truck unless you have the money to pay the extra cost for extra baggage if you have to bus or fly! If that company does an Arrow what do you want to haul in that bus or plane or be forced to sell at whereever you are in BFE!
You can always go home and restock the truck if things get back to being financially secure!
