    You obviously aren't up to par when it comes to reading comprehension. I alluded to the brokers probable unwillingness to follow the law and any future business with said broker(s) should one request an accounting.

    Knowledge regardless of its practicality is more useful than misinformation or outright ignorance.

    Yes knowledge is a must but just because its on paper dosent mean it will be followed. Wonderful poetry of words... but thats just it!
