looking for job/greece

    The North American trucking industry is on the race to the bottom.
    There seems to be a systemic problem with greedy attitudes from brokers to shipper/recievers to company owners.
    There are too many driving schools churning out bad drivers like an assembly line.
    Those drivers will get low paying jobs with driving unsafe rigs hauling cheap freight, which over time will drive the rates down for everyone.

    The industry, where everyone is looking for the lowest bidder and where too many are fighting over having the priviledge of being the lowest bidder.....eventually will be taken over by army of those, who are willing to work more for less and less, thus pushing out any good professional drivers that are left...

    There is no shortage of drivers and there never was
