Hello to all here at the forum. I am new to the industry and I am trying to decide on which company to elect for my first. I am a recent Road Master grad, I do have my class 'A' but no other endorsements thus far or driving experience. I am looking forward to making many new friends and I new life on the road.
Would anybody be interested in pointing me to some good companies that are based here in Florida that would actually keep me in state while driving versus being OTR through out the U.S. for weeks on end with just two or three days of home time?
I have already looked into the typical run of the mill Driver Mills and honestly I really don't like the sounds of what I have heard from other real world truckers in regards to these big companies, although I do understand I must start somewhere. Any advice from the forum I would be thankful for....
