Exactly. Don't listen to these internet rambos that tell you "ya gotta do what ya gotta do". Do it legally in training and when you get out there on your own. You get in a wreck...and it doesn't even have to be your fault...and your logs aren't right, a lawyer will have a field day with that especially if someone's life is lost. Your goose will be cooked.

i am still trying to figure out how he didnt get any sleep when there were two of them in the truck--if your tired and not driving--sleep its not that complicated

Op stated that trainer exhibited similar symptoms of someone on coke or meth but did not mention to company due to lack of evidence.

But swerving out of lane was observed, tjis lead to op feeling unsafe to the point of being unable to sleep.
