For off road these work great. I mounted one of these on each mirror bracket. Very bright! Keeps me from getting lost in the fields at night. Best $300 I spent on my truck.

Do the Hella's require any modification to fit in?

conversion HID with made for halogen headlamps... it is not a truck, it is glare monster. For reflector optics D2R bulbs are used
It would be better idea to add 90 mm hella HID low beam projectors in bumperKen Thanks this. -

If people bothered to aim their lights properly, their wouldn't be the blinding issue.
Displaced Yooper Thanks this. -

I can see 165mm headlamps in car shops, on market, in internet.... made my Hella, Bosch, Depo, Oshram, and many of unknown Chenese, HK, TW companies. Price differ twice....
oneshot Thanks this. -
Hunters Peterbilt here sells them. They carry almost all of the UP lights, so I'd imagine they would carry them elsewhere...if not try ebay or bigrigchromeshop.com or empirechromeshop.comoneshot Thanks this. -
So what does a guy do when you can't upgrade the whole assembly like Ken is doing? I don't believe there's any aftermarket solution for my Pete 387. Am I screwed?
