I didn't know what you were talking about when you posted earlier that we all remember this. Thank you for sharing the video!
-
I watched that video also. Thank you. You have now given some people here who can't keep a big dog in their trucks a wonderful idea

I was so excited about my first experience (that I know of) communicating with someone from another country on the internet that I looked up Lugansk, Ukraine.net and I think it is not a real place. If you are from the real place, why would someone go to all the trouble to make this web site? Have you ever seen this before? The URL is Luganskukraine.net.
-
yeah, I'm from Lugansk, I see this web site the first time. IMO,I do not concider Lugansk to be attractive for tourists. It is industrial city, big steel making pant near.
But foreigners visit us)) seems to me the most unique things in Lugansk are rare UK tanks.

Thank you Pablo for your reply. It is official--I have now had a two-way conversation with someone in another country!
Here is a true story about a truck theft in Fernley, NV: A flatbedder parked his truck in a pullthru spot at The Truck Inn, I-80 Exit 48, left his truck running and unlocked, then went inside. A guy jumps into the truck, pulls out into the row taking off the front of the truck parked to his right, then as the thief turned left at the end of the row he also tore off the hood of the poor truck parked at the end of that row. When the thief made the right turn out of the truck stop followed by an immediate sharp right onto the westbound I-80 on ramp in his daring escape in broad daylight with a load of lumber he planned on doing who knows what with, the trailer hit the large TS sign and the thief was stuck. The thief's accomplice pulled up on the ramp in a pickup and the thief jumped in and got away. -
such accidents are rare here. thiefs are smarter, they do all the other way, they know what to steal.
Thiefs here use to steal something from cabine, they steal gas/diesel, sometomes parts like starters, ECMs (especially from freightliners).
it was the dumb thief.UTurn55 Thanks this. -
LOOOL.... I would pay a 6 pack to a thief just to watch him stealing my starter(did I mention I do own a Volvo ?) I would like to watch that poor ####### and listening how he swear.
-
starter was stolen from my Volvo F10....
it is not all, somewhere in russia cops found man whu stolen transmission from mid size truck.
Thiefs steal control units, sensors, modulators.
They steal gas.
Well, to steal something from volvo is not so easy, but to open freightliner hood is so nice.... -
it is often here that hydraulic pump were stolen you need to pay another 1500 US $ and 150-200L of oil about 1000 $
