Not necessarily, depends on the company, my first Jersey experience came with my trainer, in my second week, and then I didn't get back to Jersey for another 2 months. NYC came a few months later again, so it all depends. A lot of people get overly nervous about NY/NYC/NJ, but you just need to relax and get through 'em. And enjoy the view, esp if you've never been to (or smelled) Jersey, it's an experience.

I grew up in Jersey. There's a smell?
Just kidding.

Your not joking about the smell.LOL

Yeah there is! Right about the NJTP split (the E-W split) north of Newark. Seems to come from the toxic waste filled water, right there under the roadway.

Don't change lanes needlessly, Most accident happen from lane changes. FIND YOUR LANE AND STAY THERE. And don't let the car push you around, believe it or not they do try..... dummies
Living in southern WI everything either goes to, or through chicago. I hate that but there is worse places ex: atlanta, New York, LA, Houston -
Plan ahead for traffic, allow time for it also, go in at night whenever possible, smile, relax and look down into some 4-wheelers, you know why. You gotta take the good with the bad. I used to stress out about traffic, and the only place it got me was mad. Turn off the cb, too many boneheads talking in the city. I ran Newark,NJ for years, right thru downtown, usually during heavy traffic times, and I managed to survive it, just stay focused. When in Rome...
