There statement was the truck driver wouldn't be charged because he has doing speed limit. Last I checked the one rear ends someone is at fault.
HFC Thanks this. -
yeah ,but dont you know, that its ALWAYS the truck drivers fault??? bet they check logs...and if they are not up to snuff...well its the drivers fault cause he/she shouldnt have been there..I DONT FEEL THAT WAY...but thats whats gonna happen....

How do you catch someone and hit them if you're matching their speed?...Wormhole?...
Unless the statement meant the deputy said the TRUCK was doing the speed limit...No way the deputy was...Giggles the Original and HFC Thank this. -
The way it read to me, the deputy thought the truck was doing the speed limit. It was already admitted the deputy was driving at a high rate of speed, in those words. He was going to an officer assist call.
If anything is done to the driver of the truck, I'm sure we will hear about it.
Let's leave the speculation to the people driving petroleum prices up and down.walstib, Big Don and bullhaulerswife Thank this. -
