    The 54 million is a cut down figure from what he originally asked for. The original amount included the Star ship Enterprise, and the one ring from Middle Earth.:biggrin_2559:

    Depends on the attorney's fee. The Courtroom itself is free of charge.

    There is a saying among lawyers... if you can't be successful as a lawyer, become a judge. I've come across my fair share of "rock stupid" judges, but believe me this one takes the cake.:banghead:

    I'm surprised that john edwards didn't take the case,looks like a true demo thing,sue,sue,sue,bush trys to stop these kinds of lawsuits,are we gonna blame the president for this too,its the wing thing again. crazy,crazy world we live in and its not getting any saner by the minutes.

    I agree, Firstcav. Unfortunately, in this case anyway, once a "cause of action" has been established, the court must entertain it as a matter of law. This case belongs in a small claim's Court, if at all. I just can't fathom what possessed this Judge to play the town fool.:occasion9:
