Knew that I would make weight by the time I hit a scale so that was no biggie. Just hate the fact that commen sense is NOT allowed in my company. :biggrin_25516:

Actually Company driver can't. If you are out of fuel compliance to many times they start charging you.. We have to follow the expected fuel stops or skip them. We can get Reefer fuel anywhere comdata is accepted, but don't get caught putting that fuel in your regular tanks.

Only L/O can fuel where ever they want

I'm back at the Ramada right now - but will be back bright and early in the morning if you are still there. Its looking like early next week :( there was a possibility of me flying to meet up with him, but a ticket would be close to $800+ and I don't see them paying THAT... so I'm going to see if there is some busy work I can do, or at least layover pay if nothing else. Then wait for him to get to SLC - sigh - I'm starting to take a fatalistic view and think - what will be, will be - and quit stressing over things I really have no control over. Of course that doesn't stop me from complaining about it - LOL!

    On the fuel issue:
If I ran low, I have always called in and talked to OTRM to ask if they will authorize a non-network fuel stop along my route. They looked it up and pre approved my comdata with no problem.

There is a MAC we can use for that now? I like that idea.

It's pretty bad when a swift company driver tells you to speed up! Westbound I80 in WY there was swift and us xpress, on the cb I hear "come in us xpress, move it!" LOL
