We have us a new home:biggrin_25514:

So, I'm heading to Texas next week for FFE. I will probably start a another "the adventures of" thread as a bit of a blog.

So far though; The staff I have talked "via phone" has been top notch.
The people I have talked with (some already in the academy) have all been marking this pretty highly.

The cool thing is that if you stay with em (one year), you wont pay a dime for tuition!
    :yes2557:
So, no nickle and dime hits on your paycheck for $50-$75 a week. That money can add up!

    Stay tuned...

Hey buddy no surprises as of yet. Went and saw the hotel they put you up in for orientation, in door pool, jacuzzi, pretty nice resteraunt. Still the best training I have ever been envolved in. They really stress the word SAFETY and PROFESSIONAL driver here. My class started off with 25 people we are down to 13 now. They really weed the people out that cant pass the evaluations. They dont just want anybody that can fog a mirror they want a SAFE and PROFESSIONAL driver. Looking forward to running with you soon.

You mean evaluations...like testing? Paper tests? Trainer evaluations? When we talked you kinda mentioned some of them, scratching gears etc.
Is it safe to say the training sways in the favor of those with experience? I would hate to get sent packing over missing a few gears. Honestly-I cannot afford to get sent packing!
I'm confident in my abilities, but if half the class washes due to evals.....
