If McD's would just stop pouring the french fry grease down the toilet.
Coincidently $30,000 is just what the new Ford Taurus cost that the claimant wants.
She couldn't have a better last name.
bullhaulerswife, outerspacehillbilly and teddy_bear6506 Thank this. -

Picking 3 out at random...
Nah... she's just taking advantage of an opportunity to score some dead presidents courtesy of a busted system.
Tell that to the next jerk who takes advantage of the busted system to sue the pants off of a trucker because of the 4-wheeler vs 18-wheeler accident they just caused. Any one who sees the $$$ signs will sue, and their current economic bracket has little to do with it.
Precisely. Until the tort system is reformed people are going to take advantage of any opportunity to score some cash.
And when will the tort system be reformed? When hell freezes over. It seems the folks in charge of changing the laws are the major recipients of the largesse generated by that system. As long as friggen lawyers are in charge of the government, are writing the laws, they will ensure that this sort of nonsense occurs.
You think this gal is going to score some major bucks off of McD's? Guess again. What she receives will be peanuts compared to the lawyers for BOTH sides.JimDriv3r Thanks this. -
OMG, between you and TB, I've been laughing since I started reading this.
teddy_bear6506 and JimDriv3r Thank this. -
Reminds me of another case publicized in Boston...
A family was suing a tobacco company for giving their grandmother free cigarettes when she was a teenager in the 1930's or 40's; supposedly, they drove around the housing projects handing out free cigarettes. She ended up dying from emphysema in her 80s.
They sued Philip Morris and won $72 million. Talk about winning the "ghetto lottery" LMAO!!!!JimDriv3r and outerspacehillbilly Thank this. -
A small life lesson:
People that cheat the system = wins
People that are honest = screwed overteddy_bear6506, Les2, bullhaulerswife and 4 others Thank this.
