Due to people's inability to use common sense, the following measures will be taken:
Food and drink will be served at room temp only to avoid burns from hot coffee/fries/burgers, and other foods that people with half a brain should know are hot. It will also avoid any possible future lawsuits from the soda/tea and other typically cold drinks that people didn't realize are generally served with ice.
Restrooms are closed to the public. It has recently been brought to our attention that people considered adults are not fully toilet trained.
We will no longer be held monetarily responsible for injuries resulting in paper cuts from the salt/pepper/sweetener/straw wrappers/napkins. Nor will we be responsible if you stab yourself with a fork/spoon/knife/spork.
We regret having to take these extreme measures, but people are STUPID and therefore, you must all be treated as imbeciles.
**Please note: this post was made to be humorous/sarcastic** My apologies in advance if I offend the intelligent people who posses common sense.

Nope, gotcha there.
Because to be able to claim monetary damages, one would have to prove that working brain cells were damaged by said brain freeze.
Seeing as these people are devoid of functioning brain cells, they would have no case.
Unless the judge had ice cream for lunch.U4EA, outerspacehillbilly and teddy_bear6506 Thank this. -
If she sustained permanent damage, she would be suing for more than just 30K. Yet look at were this happened Illinois of all places..
