Back in the day is back in the day. They also didn't have indoor plumbing back in the day. And they didn't have xbox back in the day.
You're not your granddaddy and you might have talked to a bunch of old geezers but they drove ............BACK IN THE DAY.
Those days are GONE. If you want to drive a truck you'll be driving it in THESE DAYS.
My brothers taught themselves to drive........back in the day. Back in the late sixties and early seventies they taught themself to drive but that's then and this is.......NOW.
You ever gonna step up and tell what company you're accusing of telling you that you'll have to be a slave?wicked Thanks this. -

Someone has to pay for all that stuff. Last I looked about 1 in 6 makes it through school, qualifying medically and their background checks out clean. Then they go out there and get home sick, over stressed, mad that they do so many things for free. The turn over rate is so high even before they get started good.
So companies are suppose to absorb all these costs for failures? This isn't a job you learn in 2-3 days. Companies would go broke if they foot the bill. Even if you stick it out, your whole first year is tough as you won't make squat. You wanna play the game, you have to pay your dues. Why should they pay you when so many are willing to pay them?
