Ok I am royally ticked off.. not at Central or shippers or receivers, but my so-called colleauges at Central. Blew a trailer tire today. OTRM responded quick enough. However, while I sat there triangles out, flashers on I. Got passed by 3 Central trucks.. you think one of them got on the radio to ask if I needed help.. NO.. not even a brake light. The spot I was in the qc kept fading in and out and my cell phone wouldn't hold a charge..

    #### people we work for the same company.. help a fellow driver...

When I was with central they liked to send me fuel stops that were out of route sometimes as much as 100 miles out of route.

Once They sent me ones to fuel at two different truckstops at the same exit, 50gal at TA, fill at Pilot.

This is what happens when you rely on the computer to make decisions.

Of course lets talk routing too, more than a few times I've been sent routing and it just say "No legal route possible, contact driver manager"

You know, I think that is just the perfect exaple of teh quality of the people they are getting. Not just the drivers either... but in the offices too.

    Now that is scarry...
I can see what the Fontana night/weekend guys would say... "Call Daniel on Monday"
Daniel would say "I'll send an email to the planner".

I am home now waiting for a load, I was "unassigned" two loads because I was silly enough to sleep in the house instead of the truck. Now I am running out to check every 15-20 minutes and still have not gotten anything. I have sent a Mac 6 for the past three days, one for the next morning and again for the afternoon. What am I doing wrong? Or,better yet, what is the next step? I had a problem getting my state license because I was unaware the offices were all closed Friday due to budget issues, so I let them know I had to wait an extra day. I got it yesterday morning and faxed a copy as soon as I got back. Any advice?

Ok get this, I am waiting for the shop to get my truck in, and at 5am the shop comes out to install 2 new steer tires. Mind you I am parked in the bobtail area here at our terminal, I ask them if they wwant me to pull it into the shop, they say no they will just change them here. So these knuckleheads proceed to change the tires and in the process wake up 3 other drivers who were as happy as I was, still no ETA as to when they are going to get it into the shop to fix the other stuff yet
