Don't sweat being late coming out of there, everybody involved with that place knows their track record. As long as you keep Cory in the loop all will be fine when you get to St. James. The plant you are going to is a drop and hook for us so you won't have to sit around waiting to get unloaded.

Can I ask a stupid question? Why don't we have drop trailers at more Sysco locations? I know we do in Albany (although they apparently don't automatically utilize them), I haven't been to Syracuse yet, Pegler/Lincoln there's no room of course, and I guess Jersey City doesn't need them (my second trip there I was empty 18 minutes after bumping dock!) Anyway, just a thought. I guess it all takes money and they might not have the room.
I'm headed home. Shut down here in Brooklyn, IA. -
Welcome to the fleet mushroom! What is your real name?

Can any of you guys give me any advice on the bunk heater I'm either burning up or freezing there has to be a happy medium, someone asked my name is Steve.
-
just slighty turn it up.... if you go to the halfway point you will be sweating bullets... only alternative is open up the vent and have the heat to where your comfortable
-
Yeah Steve there's some serious lag time between changing the thermostat and the temp stabilizing sometimes. I like it at about 10:00.
-
well steve, at least yours works, mine died over a month ago, idle time went in the tank, oh well it's SPRING!
-
I think that it is on a site by site basis where we have drop trailers for Sysco. Most of them just don't have the room for a bunch of drops.

@Mattaponi You may want to check to make sure the fresh air intake is not blocked, this will cause the heater to think it is overheating & it will shut down. If that is not the case talk to Cory in the truck shop in Sheldon. He had to rebuild mine in the Vovlo & it worked like a champ after that.
