I have been working with this company for over a year now and it was the worst mistake I have ever made. Get this, I am currently looking for another company to work with and of course the new company has requested background info. Panther submitted inaccurate information which has lead to many denials for prospective companies. In the process of obtaining a lawyer. Very unethical company. Beware of them!

I am still owed money from my fleet owner and Panther will not do anything about it Best of Luck to you

Various complaints
1. shave off miles driver
2. promise to pay tolls then don't
3. place driver in dangerous situations this past winter
4. No forced dispatch - THAT IS A OUT RIGHT LIE
if you don't except loads then they hold back your pay
5. Payroll department unethical
6. dispatchers are rude and nasty on phone
7. Dept which is responsible for filing Fuel Tax - is very unorganized
Dont be sold by how much they offer to pay. because you have to fight them to be paid your rate as negotiated in contract. This company is not worth the time and energy. I wish I had some guidance. -
Go post all of this stuff on expeditersonline

I myself have heard bad things about Panther but have never drove for them so I am just relying on what others have told me.

Best of Luck at Celadon. Might see you there

I worked for Panther from 2003-2006. I had no problems there. Then again, that was THEN.
The worst expedited company of all is All-State Express. If you have a truck to idle and fuel to burn, they're good for that. Then again, that was my experience in 2003. -
It depends. I worked there twice. this is what I have to say..... first time shame on them, second time shame on me. lasted briefly. I could kick myself in the *** for it!!
