Warning, if you buy one of these and it has the standard adjustable air deflector on top the antanae's will whip around and beat themselves against the deflector. This will cause them to break off at the base. And to make things worse the passenger side also picks up the fm for your radio. So as of today with just under 3000 miles on my new truck it is missing both antanae's and doesn't pick up any radio stations. Thats Freightliner for you!

No idea but a lot of MFG's seem to be getting dumber. They seem to be so worried about certain design aspects they miss the obvious stuff. I think it was Volvo and FL that both were shaped (probably still are) so the wipers would flip the water onto the mirrors so you couldn't see behind you.
I have had axle seals leak but only if the truck was decked when delivered, if it was the one they drove it was fine. The driver is the one that puts the axle shafts back in at the dealer and let's face it most can't change wiper blades so that paper gasket is a big deal. It's a $2.00 part and if they tear it they install it anyway.
