I'm currently working for a LTL company here in Seattle. I drove for 8 years for Pepsi here in Seattle (all local stuff) and then took a break for 14 years to work from home as a software designer.

After looking at the same 4 walls all those years, I decided it was time to get back into doing something I loved doing so I'm driving again.

I do runs over Snoqualimie Pass and runs up to Canada frequently but everything is "home every night" stuff.

Right now I'm just learning the ropes of what I'll need to know before I dive in.

    Excellent! Welcome to the forum.
I'm sure the view from your office now is much better than the four walls you stared at earlier...

    Hi RCH,
I live in Seattle and currently running OTR flatbed, but am looking to go more local some time between May and July likely with an LTL company. Any suggestions on a good company to work for? I'll have one year experience OTR, but no double experience.
