Ooooo!!!! Thare are ways!!!!
Contrary of many people think, you can eat healthy!
I personaly don't eat meat. My husband does thought. Coffee in the morning, a sandwitch for lunch and a hot soup for dinner, fruty snacks or fresh vegetables in between. This would be our regular day.
The soups or stews are made by me, in a new purchased electrical pot from Sams club. (less than$40). we shop there once a week, and it really works. My husband used to be over weight. He lost ~ 30lb since he started listening
)).
My strong advice:1. do not eat a heavy meal before going to bed.
2. If you absolutely can't stay away from fried food, do it at lunch and not at dinner.
3. The more raw fruits and vegetable you eat, the more your body will get used to it and you will start craveing them much more than all the other bad stuff.
4. After you get more used to those habbits, an icecream, a pice of can't or chocolate, will be a delightful treat, but not a necessaty. -
That's certainly one train of thought on the subject. I prefer this way of eating, personally -
That an awsome point you're making!
For me personaly it was very hard to keep my hubby of fried food. So far that it my best accomplishment!
Keep on your good advice!
I wish everybody would see your post!TheHealthyDriver Thanks this.
