    Brian,

is that what he meant? I did get a message this morning about Qualcomm and the adjustment to at least 5 minutes on duty or it won't register, I took that personal as I did a 1 minute VI last night and this morning.

    Hawk,

Congrats, I guess on the KW, by the number you gave looks like it's not new? How many miles do you have on it and how many did the the Pete have, I'm approaching 460000? Hope you got your dome lights situation straight, that's crap.

    Brain,

I know just thought I would throw that out there as I've been running it pretty close as of late. Currently sitting in Columbus Junction Ia. waiting to be unloaded. when I called about a load going back east they said Sioux City? I told them I have 20+ hours left, that's the wrong direction, besides I'm not trying to do a 34 out here!

I'm gonna make this quick and write replies later, as I'm also on a tight ship right now. Anyone been to the Walmart DC in Henderson, NC? I need to make a 0615 Sunday and I'm on I-29! Any close enough parking or God forbid a friendly WMDC that will let me in early?

Also welcoming routing input. 70 out of Indy to US-35 or 65 out of Indy to 64? Larry didn't you have this same debacle when we met in Sheldon? Mushroom I might see ya next week.

    Brian,

One thing to remember Ohio=55 mph so it's slow as well as 35, 65 to 64 is longer but faste,r good luck. I have a load out of E Dubuque going to Front Royal for Sunday. Mushroom what's your truck number?

Question for you guys: How often (in terms of percentage) would you say your loads are too tight and have to be rescheduled?

I've been following this thread, and noticed several of you agree that there are some loads that are regularly impossible to make on time.

    Is this, like, 20% ... 40% ... 5%?

Curious. I'm seriously looking at Van Wyk, and I'm in a situation now where probably 30% of the loads have way too much time on them, and I'm under-utilized. I'd like to not go crazy the other way, so I figured I'd ask.

Also (while I'm typing) how often would you say you're loaded overweight or improperly so that you can't get your load balanced?

    Saienga,

Personally I would say 20% or even less, I will say that there are times when you have just enough time to fuel, get a cup, and pee. Then of course there's the docks, that can be a waste but goes with the territory. Load problems, well I've had one in 8 months, so not often.
