Doug does good work but some of his prices are outrageous.

 

Yeah, what he said, and also his customer service could use some peaking andd tuning as well.

 

I bought a DX 98vhp from him for a song! Fast delivery and I had a problem with it shortly after, he got it fixed and returned fast at no charge for a factory flub. What they lack in "bed side manner" and ability to talk to people they deffinately make up for in quality of work. I think you are just a rare case of slipping through the cracks.

 

I find it easier to talk to Doug then it is to talk to Sparky. Both are great techs with a radio and know what they are doing.

 

He has always been that way,when he was working under the other handle

I couldnt get them to answer the #### phone to take about $300-$350 of my hard earned dollars, So I bought my new setup from Walcott C.B. and am very pleased.
