That is something I did not think of because I make sure to check things before I take off. But anything is possible at this point. Very good thought.

Sitting in Columbus, OH waiting to get unloaded. It looks like Spring is right around the corner thankfully. Looking forward to the warm weather.

Picked up a relay in Richfield, OH going to Atlanta from a driver who threw a drive shaft. Parked for the night in Jeffersonville, OH to discover I didn't have enough hrs to make Atlanta. Dropped trlr in Trenton and did a reset at the house. It's really nice to live in a busy lane, I get to see the wife every couple of weeks at the most without having to take home time.

Sitting in Trenton at the moment waiting for my 34 to end and start fresh. Got a load going to Toano, VA and another pre-planned. Should be a decent week thankfully.

Have a great weekend all and be safe!

I didn't get to leave Trenton until 5:15 because the trailer had 1 marker lamp out and the brakes needed work. Go figure. Any who, I was off to Toano, VA. I made it about 4 1/2 hrs and had to pull over to sleep, lol. That $ucked, so I thought I would try the split sleeper logging so I didn't have to sit there 10 hrs.

The mountains in WV and VA killed my timing even though I was light sort of (34k). Any who, I finally left Toano after 2 1/2 hrs of sitting on the dock. Had to head to Suffolk, VA to pick up from Lipton. I love driving through the Newport News area with the water, big ships and boats, and the underwater tunnel. It was dark when I got her but you could still see the silhouettes (sp?) of the ships and boats, still neat.

I'm gonna camp out for my 10 here at the cust so I can get back on track and a fresh start. Headed to Pontoon Beach.

Have a safe and fun weekend!

That is a neat place for the view. I went through once at sunrise and there was a carnival ship there and the whole place had an orange backdrop, it was beautiful.

Dropped in Douglas, GA. D/H to Albany to pick up load going to Monroe, LA. After running through some storms from Albany to almost Columbus, the weather finally broke and the sky is clearing with sun breaking through. It's warmed up to about 76 according to my dash.

It's definitely warm in this truck sitting. I sure wish I had an APU so I could run the a/c.

I've got my schedule turned around and have been running nights and TRYING to sleep days. Note to self: never park near the fuel islands again. Talk about noise and not being able to catch some zzzzz's.

Yeah when you are wanting to sleep during the day I always find it best to go to the farthest corner of the lot usually is a lot quieter back there. Also try to find some shade to park under to help keep the truck cooled off.
