Or, if you take it there direct yourself, just turn in off the street, park in the driveway, go inside, get your paperwork signed, drive around back, and drop the trailer. They have a yard dog that moves them around. I've been there a bunch of times and never had to spot the trailer or bump the dock..easy peasy.....

WD how is the job search thing going? I know for a fact there are several OTR drivers running local in SFS right this past week. I wish you well, I will keep my eyes open. Take care.

    thanks guys.

new question. does ws not like us to get fix it tickets? so i got one, and i make it a point not to argue with the law, but on further inspection im pretty sure i got a ticket for my abs warning light on the trailer being OFF....hahahahaha..you know, how its supposed to be when the abs is working properly? i better call safety tomorrow

oregon state trooper. i meant it was just a fix it ticket, like a warning. otherwise i would have made him show me because i was pretty confused when he was telling me. i had done a light check less than an hour before, but it was a warning so i figured i would shut up so i could get moving and not seem difficult and start getting actual tickets haha.
he also almost gave me a log book warning i had to tell him i log on mountain time...just to paint the bigger picture, made me wonder if he was new or something.

i dont know if a warning ticket counts against our performance in any way.

the only thing that will do is go on your CSA score, other then that I dont think it will do anything, but your going to have to send that in saying that its been fixed....

actually i was told by a dot officer at a scale a fix it ticket doesnt go on your csa. not saying its a 100% fact but thats what i was told. i dont really care, i just dont want it to go against my job performance if im going to get them for stupid stuff. i know how they work otherwise, ive had another one.
