question for a landstar flat bed driver

    So then if I'm leased to LS and the board says load rate 1.50 per mile there going to take 30% off of that?

    It's not illegal as long as all parties are aware.You will be aware after you load it and get the shipping papers.

    I guess by all parties that is not including the carrier. I can say that I see this some with Landstar now that you mention it. But it has always been a large logistics company that has own trucks and does not broker business. But rates to me still well above $2/mile so fine with me. Would be a little more concerned if it was small broker to small broker.
