old dominion freight lines

This company has a terminal near my house. They seam like a nice outfit to start a trucking career with. I talked to the terminal manager and he told me to get my cdl wth hazmat and doubles and he will hook me up. One thing that i did not understand is that there is no otr. could someone shed some light on this. Bieng the east coast (Baltimore) do drivers drive at night or day? How much do newbies avarage in the first year? Am looking for a company to get some experince with without sacrificing hometime. Give me all the info please.....

 

the trucking company that i work for has an account with them. I see their drivers on a daily basis and once a week i go to their terminal to collect some paperwork. Their drivers say that they are treated well but nobody has any descent info on pay
