Help A Log Girl Out!

LOG LEGAL!

L.O.L. I am serious, but thought this would get some attention

I am tired .

You should really log legal all the time, but understand if one of the below fit you then you should therefore make sure you are legal afterwards!

1) If you have been DOT inspected (the next 6 months you are a prime canidate of being audited)

2) If you had a DOT reportable accident within the last year ( and make sure your logs are legal for @ least a year!)

3) If you had a random drug test make sure you log line 4 (on-duty) for the time spent dealing with it and make sure your logs are legal for the next 6 months as well.


If those fit you make sure them logs are saying exactly what you have done.

Now study what on-duty time means (anytime working but not driving, short version). Line 3 means you are behind the wheel. Line 1 means I am off duty away from the truck and free to do what I want, well minus party.
Line 2 means your body is in the sleeper, doesn't mean you are sleeping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so I just wanted your attention and I knew this would get the guys attention.

Well if you are on the truck under a load you can't party. I don't really know the regs to it all, but I know if we bust you drinking and you are in our truck omg you are fired! I just wasn't trying to go into alot of detail, basic. If I said they could party then I would get bashed on the board!
