What a complete load of cr@p. Like shippers have understood any of these things. Walmart has the cost of each paper towel figured out but they don't understand the cost to us drivers when they make us wait 5 hours to unload?

Shippers have always understood the issues it is just not costing them anything and CSA does not change that.

Yeah, if we run out of what seems like an endless supply of drivers that will take rates that are going to put them out of business then they will see a pinch. But that is not likely to happen.
