    Hiya everyone!!

I figured I'd take the opportunity to introduce myself. I am a new driver from Detroit. I finished my training on March 18th, and am looking for a job.

This will be my first time driving, although I currently drive a heavy-duty tow truck, so driving bigger vehicles isn't completely foreign to me.

You guys (and girls) should be expecting TONS of questions from me, especially in the women's forum because I'd need answers from a female perspective... Being a female heavy-duty tow truck driver is tough in and of itself, but I'm willing to bet that being a female OTR driver has its own unique challenges...

I want to thank you guys in advance for and and all help that you offer!!!

    Toni

Thank you all for the well-wishes!!! I'm glad that there's a forum out here for people like myself who are a little overwhelmed and excited by all of this...

Meltom, what is "Taut"?? I've heard of vans, reefer, flats, but not the other...

I decided to go with Watkins & Shepard (for a while anyway)... They seem to be a good fit for me...

    Gears Thanks this.
