jb is like any other company. once you learn your way around their system and all the little fun stuff than you can make money. most guys dont stick around that long. i took it as a challenge. plus i had a really good fm to show me some tricks of the trade. certain areas you can call other fm from dedicated accounts and see if they have "extra" frieght like auto.
-
yeah fast aint always the way. get in good with your fm. he is the man/woman no matter what anyone says. when i was otr he pulled a lot of loads for me that west to orgen and calf. since you work for jb remember your eta is the most important thing you can set. that is your money maker right their. when in detroit, northern va louisville,tn and virginia beach area send auto a message and let them know when you will be their what time, ours you will have avail. and see if they have "extra" frieght that needs moved. learn the areas what comes out of with jb and you should be alright. try too keep the left door shut and the wheels rollin and you will make money. jb is what you make of it dude

Various companies are reported as bad companies to work for through drivers experiences.Ultimately from a drivers perspective most companies have their pro's and con's. It's all about the stereo types and labels. Our adversaries seem to be the bitter former drivers of the company truck we enlist with.We are not the one's to blame for their bad experiences. Nevertheless we are harassed by drivers for pursuing the sales pitch that they themselves were recruited to pursue. The U.S. population is exceeding three hundred million. We approx three million over the road drivers, out of an estimated sixteen million C.D.L. holders depend on the population to provide our loads.Obviously one is the value of a multitude. Having said that I realized that we burn approx one gallon each hour idling our trucks throughout the seasons. You do the math obviously we are required to take a ten hour break, tag an extra four hours to that, times three million! How many tankers does it take to keep the O.T.R'S rolling? We are struggling as a nation, and many of the drivers are enduring hardships beyond the comprehension of the four wheeling class population. Obviously we are not alone in this matter we are struggling to keep America rolling.Absolute turmoil is my conclusion after driving through all forty-eight states and Canada. I've concluded that my success was determined by the success of the nation in it's entirety. Reminding me of a patriotic motto UNITED WE STAND. I understand that a well known organized employment service consisting of 2,500 people are trying to keep the roads safer by providing the trucking Industry with a whistle to blow. In the future along with the help of OOIDA they may be required to legally notify drivers if their D.A.C. reports are being altered,or accessed by someone,or some company. It's appaling knowing that it's not an existing policy.(Due process rights as specified in 391.23{1}. If for example your up against an executive power such as a {Fleet Manager}, and you choose not to accept a particular load for whatsoever good reason you may have. Understand what I'm implying? It may present a professional power over the company your working for. After all it is their equipment. In turn the fleet manager will assign the worst possible loads after the two days SITTING without a load, because of the one you turned down. This may force you into a constructive discharge. Then he or she along with the ranks in the chain of command exert an administrative power against you. Black Listing! Defamatory reports against the expenditure of your time. Disallowing you to pursue your heart wrenched career with another company perhaps a more suitable, compatible, or a better location nearer home time! We all have similar aspirations in life, most of us provide for our families. We all require sustenance to thrive upon! Our indivisibility is being purged, and the economy is suffering from the ensuing cowards "evil minion" It's time justice prevails! The pen is mightier than the sword, and distance a determining factor! To think more men, women, and children have died on the U.S. roads, then in all wars combined since the Declaration of Independence was signed! 5 times as many died on the roadways! We all wonder why? Corporations are allowing personal conflicts to remove qualified drivers from the U.S. economy, and replace them with people who have no idea what they are up against? God bless the world may all your children be safe on their commutes! Who has time to become a lawyer when 43 cpm and its fuel bonus doesn't cut it, yet we manage to stay legal through 14 hr days, and hour 70 hr weeks. Along with the log violations up north where parking, and population always seems hour causation. Most people think O.T.R means over the road / a/k/a on.the.record. Beware of all the three lettered misunderstanding's C.P.M. D.A.C., W.W.W. D.O.T .P.O.D. they all stand for something. R.I.P.K.I.A.M.I.A.

Ok I don't know about anyone else but the font you chose is hard on the eyes to read. In fact it's hard to follow. After the first few lines of rambling I lost interest.
