    How about LRRP's? I heard they were pretty awesome in Vietnam...

    Haha '5 jump chumps', I like that one. I had a friend who couldn't drink and we'd call him "2 beer queer"...LMAO

    I never had the chance to do jump school. I wish that I had.
    Did air assault. But I wanted both lol. Scouts are a rather gung ho group as a whole.

    True dat!

    I spent part of my career in the 1/17th CAV, 82nd, on Ft. Bragg.

    The cav scouts introduced me to parachute surfing.

    After a jump some of them would tie a chute to the back of a HMMWV. One would get in the driver seat and one would sit on top of the chute and hold on tight. The driver would haul ### around the DZ with the other guy in tow. Crazy stuff!
