Found out that it is true, but only from an approved school or if you have 3 months OTR experience

 

Well dang, Western KY is out of their hiring area ...bummer

 

Do they hire at 21? I saw their website said 23 but would they make a exception?

 

We got loads all the time going to western Ky sir, Give them a call and see what they say.

I did & they said I was outside of their hiring area :-/

 

The problem is, the loads to Western Ky are not regular enough to guarantee you home on the weekends, which is EPes policy. Thats why you are being told you are out of the hiring area.

 

Epes policy requires 2 yrs OTR, I think. That is probably why they won't hire at 21 yrs of age. Hope that helps......

 

Do they hire out of MD? Whats the farthest west/south you guys run? Do they have an idle policy and are you guys on elogs or paper? Thanks
