Car pulls in front of a truck ... Ohio

You ain't kidding driver. I couldnt imagine having the balls to do what I see people do in front of me on a daily basis.

 

I still think there needs to be a new category or charge for this kind of accident. There is already vehicular homicide and vehicular manslaughter, but when folks do really stupid stuff they ought to be charged with vehicular suicide!

 

if some one would have died in the accident i would more than likely be worse off. i have bad dreams and i dont sleep. and i have to have knee and back surgery. i wont be able to go back to work till next year at the earliest. i have lost so much already because of this. all beause of some one elses poor judgement

 

ohio has a "do not cut off a truck law" but the driver of the van was sighted for failure to keep in marked lanes. WHICH he got dismissed in court. so the 4wheeler gets off again.

 

sorry to hear that Day. hope it can be brought up for justice on yurside again soon. since now yur out of work due to thier irresponsiblity.

It happens. Stupid drunk kids clipped my truck trying to pass me when I was driving in South Africa. One of them died. I hate it for their family that they have to suffer that, but I can't feel sorry for people who get themselves killed because of their own stupidity. Maybe it stems from my EMS days, when we'd respond to calls of "victims" of drugs deals gone asunder, frat boys who drank well beyond their limit, etc. I don't know.

 

OK, the Cincinnati news article link is broken. Second, I don't know if they are using a middle name, but did anyone notice that the kypost article has the Driver's Name as "Leslie Gough" and the fox19 aricle has him as "Bruce Gough." He has posted about the crash as Leslie. Wierd.

Leslie is my first name Bruce is my middle name. but i go by Bruce.
