Personally, I would like to see more lawsuits against the trucking companies, mainly the shady ones that really do rip off drivers, etc.

 

OK here's my conspiracy theory: Our government won't pass labor laws like those that protect other workers because it will have an adverse effect on cheap shipping rates and empower a group of workers - yeah all of us truck drivers - that are vital to our country's economy. And as a group we can hardly agree on any subject and this works against us also. The powers that be (government and company) use this to thier advantage. I am now putting my soapbox away.

Thanks for the link Jim. This company is crooked and heartless in it's dealing with this accident. The steering wheel holder involved is a total coward and I hope he does time for his actions.
