No-Experience companies?

    I've just completed CDL school and gotten my license. I'm looking for job opportunities. I have applied with Wolding, Werner, Swift, USA, Prime, and J.B. Hunt. All have either rejected my application due to a 15mph over conviction from 2 years ago, or arent currently hiring in my area.

    Are there any other companies which will hire fresh out of school drivers left in my area?

    From what I've read here the ticket may be your biggest problem.

    Your not going to be able to get on with ANY of the big companies, You live WAYYYY to far north and with that ticket thats just one more reason not to hire you. You need to start looking at small companies in your area....that'll be your only hope.

    Drivers in southern VT, NH, NY have a hard enough time getting hired never mind ME lol
