What is REAL sad is the mention the driver was not wearing his seat-belt. He may had survived if he had been.

why the insult. A fellow driver lost his life due to inattentive driving on the part of the 4wheeler.
You should have more courtesy to give yur condolences instead of slander.

"Siew is charged with failure to maintain lane and homicide by vehicle."

Hopefully the courts will agree and he gets what he deserves.

As for the Driver, I am sorry to see anyone lose their life, BUT I am not sorry for the Driver. He let his family down and I feel sorry for them. He had the opportunity to protect himself and did not. What a waste.

Call me cold, but as a Medic I have seen far to many accidents where the victims would have lived if they just took 2 second to buckle up. If you don't care about yourself, at least do it for your family. I see all the talk on here about suicide by truck and how they don't have to involve someone else. What do you think this is?

No, the driver lost his life because he was not wearing his seat belt.
