***fishing For Big Catfish***

Hey Mr Sleepy, just got back from a show our band the newoldtimers did at a local fishfry, and while on my way home was thinkin' boy I'd like spend the day fishin tomorrow before I go back out on the road, so I get on here see your pic and decided I will be fishin for our big daddy flathead cat in our lake down the road, thanks for the encouragement Mr Sleepy!

I don't have the patience to fish....I think I have ADD or something.

 

Well I do not have a boat, so I can not go out on the Big Lake back home. But 100 yards from my front door of my little house, I have a nice little pond I can catch some nice eating size Cats. But It's hard for me to take the hooks out so I stopped going.. Darn arthritis.

 

I got one of those pocket fishing rods. They are awsome they are about the size of a pen and all you do is flick it and it extends to a full sized fishing rod. It also comes with a detachable reel. I would post the site but don't know if Im allowed.

 

what kinda bait you use to catch those monsters? I usually use panty hose and chicken liver...yes it sounds weird but all you do is take a piece of chicken liver and drop it into the panty hose and tie it to your hook the bait won't fall off that way and the fish have a harder time getting it off the hook.

 

...how big a fish could you land on that thing---what's the line test??
