Another Millis Experience

Picked up a paper load in Wisconsin Rapids and came to State College, PA. QC says 0700 appt today, I get here 0645. Receiving says the appt was 1800 hrs, haha. Said they will get me in when they can. FABULOUS!

 

Fortunately that place got me in and out rather quickly. Currently sitting in Clarion, PA getting loaded with a load going to Menards in Plano. Spanky if I'm due for a break when I slowly go by I just may stop and say hey.

Snowed like a mofo on the way here from State College. Fortunately it turned to rain a couple of miles down the road west. Hopefully it will stay there.

 

Sorry Spanky I passed ya by, but I did wave at you. lol
I wanted to get a little further down the road and stopped at Fremont to grab a shower and take my 10.

Delivered in Plano this morn. A driver was there that also picked up at the same place I did yesterday. He beat me by about an hour. Said he had been waiting for an empty, Menards had none. They told me the same thing when I checked in. So dispatch had me pick up a load there to bring to Hamilton, OH store, which is where I sit now waiting to get unloaded.

Preplanned to pick up a beer load at Trenton after my break and take to Milwaukee. Not many miles but they all add up and I can get up there within the day. So hopefully my dispatcher will hook me up with a good load for the weekend.

 

Sitting in Trenton doing a reset. Got a 0900 delivery Monday morn in Itasca.

Man it rained here like a monsoon. Downpours, lightning and thunder. Made for a miserable ride in.
