    Yea, they got a warning for downloading illegal content and were given a second chance.. they used a password that was something like 'no illegal downloads' or something and apparently some idiot ignored that.. way to blow it for the rest of us!

    Today is the big hire-on paperwork day. I actually enjoyed the hill and apparently passed with flyingcolors. I'm still a shaky backer, but I am going flatbed, after all, and I always have Joe. ;)

    Some people stayed up way late last night (and kept me up with them), then a driver was watching Alice in Wondrland at high volume at 6 am, so there wasn't much sleeping. Can't wait to have a truck to escape to.

    The group before us is just getting their trucks, meaning our group could be waiting a while. Ouch! Off I go...

    I have now officially been driving for W/S for almost 8 hours.... although I haven't actually driven yet. Joe and I are taking another driver from my class, Tim, to his truck in Dalton, GA, before we move on to Duluth. My first load and it's in the vicinity of 2200 miles. Not too shabby!

    Tim is in the sleeper and I'm in the on-duty seat while Joe drives the fun stretch from Columbia Falls through Glacier. I like tarping and strapping so far... I've always preferred physical jobs. However, I have learned that I'm not nearly as strong as I thought I was, either! I'm hoping the fact that I woke up sick at 5 am has something to do with that...

    Joe is telling me it's time to get my feet wet and drive for a bit, so more later when I think of it.
