Why is nights driver turnover so high if they are so great
-
All emoloyers are required to match funds for FICA at the rate of 6.2%. Per diem is non taxable and you get screwedout of ssi payments, federal income tax, workers comp and unemployment.
and lowers your ability to get good rates on loans becuase per diem lowers your taxable income.
dont sell your soul for $2.00 more a pay checkSurfer Joe Thanks this. -
Its no better or no worse than the rest of the big companies for the most parts. They advertise no force dispatcher and lately i found out that this is not quite true i have decided to turn down a load and to see what will happen...huge mistake i didnt get a call only from the president of the company and i end up looking like an ###.
-
The only reason the president of the company didn't get around to calling you was because he was out of country, dealing with all those off shore bank accounts. . .

(Sustanon, I'm not raging on you here, just on Knight. . .)

You guys make it sound like knight is worse than crst van ex...
-
Q: How is Knight different than CRST?
A: CRST carries dead people in their sleepers, Knight, their framerails.
I wish I was joking. -
WOW....are u guys ex-crst drivers???
