Play nice boys before Lilbit comes on here and makes our wildest fantasies come true by giving us 20 lashes with a wet noodle. :biggrin_25526::biggrin_25519::biggrin_25514:

In their case, if they can't behave it would be something different.:biggrin_25516:

You misbehave in a good way though!:biggrin_25522:

The majority usually take out their co-driver and or some innocent

Here lies the real truth for the young and old drivers alike. I have driven many years in the states and now here in iraq where people are trying to kill me with road side bombs small arms fire and RPG's. This is what I have learned and if you are a professional driver you will stop and think about what I'm about to say and know it's true. New drivers think they have learned all they need to know from school and their trainer. What they don't understand is school and training gives you only what you need to get out on your own and they haven't realized yet the responsibility they have or the respect they need to give fellow drivers and the motoring public in a sense we drive an 80,000 plus pound weapon and we have the trigger. Old drivers think they know it all they have been there and done that many times over and are reluctant to pass on their knowledge and respect to younger drivers. They fear for their job for the companies can pay newer drivers less money and now days it's not about the experience they have earned or the years of knowledge they have learned or the quality of their performance over the many years of service. Now it's about the company's bottom line and how much money they can save. I have seen new driver's and old hand's alike FLIP THE DIRTY SIDE UP and yes drivers will talk around the buffet next to the pro drivers section speculating how the driver messed up. When I was with marten transport we had a driver roll a truck over there was talk about him falling asleep at the wheel texting talking on the phone dropping his smoke when I talked with one of the safety guys the real reason was he hit a deer and it lodged under the trucks steering axel and shot him off the road in to the ditch. He was an 18 yrs veteran with the company.
So the moral of all this is no one's perfect. As drivers we all have flaws of some form we need to look out for one another as drivers if we don't then who will. The trucking industry is the most diverse work force beside the armed forces if we don't work together then they win then we will be riding bikes and pulling radio flyer wagons
    WE KEEP AMERICA MOVING:biggrin_25514:
    Very Respectfully
