Yeah, I hear ya on that! I recently had a unload in the morning and then a p/u 5 miles down the road at midnite. Alot of wasted time. I think its only a matter of time before they eliminate line 5, or tighten up on it, and when that happens there is going to be big problems. I was talking to a driver for another company and they had there line 5 taken away after some drivers got busted at the scales.

unloaded yesterday at 1545 , in casa grande,az. Peferct place to get a spot load going to Tracey, Ca for Tuesday am. Noooooo. Sit until 2200 local to load for scaramento, for 1600 Tuesday. The only good thing, I will get the layover pay , since i sat 24 hrs between loads.

Came off of hometime ready to roll and when the Qc beeped I was thinking oh boy hope this is a good load. Turns out its a 159 mile run with 25 hours to get it there. (Im OTR)
