Does anyone have any experience with the General ST-250 tire?

I feel like I'm getting a pretty good deal on them, so I'm buying 4 needed tires for my trailer. Just curious as to what to expect with them? I've never ran a General..... But they can't be worse then these Yoko 587's that I'm currently running.

We shall see. I replced all 8 of my trailer tires. I had 4 at 2/32 or less & 4 that were right on 4/32... Spread axles are tough on tires.

I only got 119,250 miles out of my Yoko 587's. At at cost of 2.8 cents per mile.

I would love to be able to get that!! I get 75K if I'm lucky. The best tire I've found for the spread axle are the Continental HSRs. They are getting a bit pricey though about $420 apiece mounted.

$250 a piece more or less is a very good deal, think a shop nearby priced them to me at $310 each. But was only looking for two, but still, may be looking you up to see where this deal was at. ;)

I bought the last set of 8 that Boss Shop (Old Flying J shop) had in Lake Station. They did tell me that Lowell, IN had 8 & Benton Harbor had 12. The price was for 11R24.5

Continental General ST250's are the steer tires that were on this truck when I bought it. No way of telling how many total miles are on these, but there's about 1/4" of tread depth left in them right now.

Absolutely no funky wear patterns, no vibration issues, and I haven't noticed any handling or ride quality issues with them.

There are no wheel weights that I've seen on my steers inside or out, and I'm not running Balancemasters or any other add-on balancing device, which tells me they have to be fairly well balanced from the manufacturer.
