Hygene and the trucker

Brushing your teeth isn't a big deal. Gallon of water, your toothbrush/paste and a bowl/gallon to spit it in would work if you can't find a sink.

 

As others have said, there are plenty of ways to brush your teeth while on the road. In fact, you can clean up pretty good with no more than a washrag and a bar of soap at a rest stop. Yours Truly has been known to dunk her head in the sink and wash her hair, too.

And when I'm done? I clean up the sink area -- a quick wipe down with a few paper towels and it often looks better than when I arrived.

 

YEP....DONE this myself a few times....HEY.... IT works!

YOU know GAL this is so the TRUTH! US GALS got to take care of what we need to take care of...lol

 

Showers are available at just about every truck stop. I have always showered regularly, and brushed my teeth daily as well.

One thing I see many truck drivers getting hung up on is showering where they fuel because it is free. If I have time, and the shower line isn't an hour long, I will shower where I fuel. If not, I will pay for a shower at another truckstop. To me, the money is well worth it.
