Does anyone know anything about...Hendrickson trucking

Stay away from hendrickson trucking!!!!!!! They will rob you blind!!!! Force dispatch on you and charge you for not taking the load, tell you that you are a owner/op independant contractor but you run off thier license numbers,dot permits and motor carrier permits... Shut your fuel card off for no reason..you will not get over 4500 miles every 2 weeks and that only pays for thier bills,truck payment,insurance,kitty(oh ya .10 cents a mile what a joke)just money in thier pocket. First and formost watch out for thier payroll accountant..dont get on her bad side you will never receive a check or miles, shes incompetant and will short you on every paycheck...oh but its a computer glitch..human error constitutes computer error..overcharge you on your road tax for oregon...even charge you road tax on states youve never been to...hows that... Money in thier pocket again...i really feel that there is alot of embezelment goin on here.. Oh ya cant forget the load planners dont piss them of either you wont get miles...lastly do not work for them you will never own the truck and never get anywhere but further in debt....but pay all thier bills on a timely matter..i do want to add dick, russell and susan were good to us thanks guys...but this company sucks..stay away!!!!!!!lots more i could add also the labor board loves this company... You are an employee not independant...

don't do it the first check was $40.00 the second was -$1.34. he quit after that and they left him stranded at the terminal. Fortunately we have friends in SAC that helped him get home. Over the summit is a hell of a long walk otherwise.
They all don't care they get the money from the load and you do all the work!
RUN FAR AWAY AND FAST AS YOU CAN!

 

we tried this early this year and lost money,
they left him stranded at the gate when he brought the truck back. no bus ticket!!!!

They are a sinking ship! They just lost a nice recruiter I'm sure he got tired of having to lie to every one.

 

Yeah I have to give that recruiter credit for being honest, once I caught on to all the lies, and fact that you're barley going to make minimum wage that your treated like a shred of human debris by dispatch and payroll, he agreed that this is a sinking ship.

 

In the time I was out there driving for Hendrickson, I did not meet one driver that had a good thing to say about this company!!!

Hendrickson's New California Truck Program is a buch of crap forcing drivers to run as teams! This is there way to have two people in the truck and pay each man half of what one man could make in a truck! They base all there pay on a $15 per hour to get a mileage rate of .42 cents per mile. Once they get two men in a truck they have to split that pay structure to $7.50 and your making .21 cents per mile
Your working for below minimum wage!!!!!!
