Besides the rest areas not showing, I have some other issues:
House Numbers: The unit does not remember or keep house numbers when I enter a street and a house number, ever! So, it brings me to the beginning of the street on the east side of town, about 12 miles from where I needed to be! I was not aware that it dropped the number.
Estimated time: From Sarasota Airport (SRQ) to Boynton Beach, FL 33436. It says 188 miles and 6:18 hours with a RV. With a car even still over six hours!!! I actually drove it in 3:45!
These are absolutely three unacceptable items!
What is wrong with this thing?

Regarding the rest areas, please let me know where you are looking for them in the unit, and they are not showing up. Also, where were you located?
Regarding house numbers: if you enter an address and then return to the address screen, everything will be visible except for the house number. The house number will be cleared. I have submitted to our engineers to change the software so that the house number is still visible, but I don't know when it might get changed. In the meantime whenever you access the address screen you will need to at least enter the desired house number. Honestly though, I doubt that there will be very many times that you need to repeat a route to the same address, unless you are playing around with route options. But at least this is now on our engineer's list.
Regarding the travel time: I tried running a route from the Sarasota Airport to Boynton Beach, using regular truck mode. It came up with 189 miles and a time of 3:43. I am using some newer software, so most likely it will be good with the next software update which should be released in 1-2 weeks.

This is your second reply to the rest area problem, but only more questions, no solutions! The house number fix should be done immediately! It is unacceptable to have major flaws in such an expensive unit and tell me to wait for the next update. The unit is NOT taking me to the places I need to go! Just email me an address to send this unit back to to be recycled; I don't even want my money back. I just want to get rid of it and buy a working GPS from your competition!

Also when will the update be for the 7750. I'm finding a lot of miss imformation also... -

Brian at Cobra, Here, finally are some examples youve been asking for.
Travel Centers that Do NOT show up in Travel Center List:
Idaho: I-84, Loves, Heyburn.
Wyoming: I80 TA exit 30 Ft. Bridger
Wyoming: I-80 TA exit 214 Rawlins
Wyoming: I-80 Flying J exit 209
Nebraska: I-80 Bosselmann Pilot Big Springs
These will show if I search individually for the town in POI, but do not appear in list while driving
7750 will not route to Pilot in Wildwood, GA, and will not route to Petro in Atlanta off I-285. Also Pilot in Higginsville, Mo, will not route to.

The Following are just a very few of the rest areas that the 7750 either shows exist or do not exist:
Utah I-15 S.B. Mile Marker 367 Cobra does NOT list this rest area.
Wyoming I-80 exit 41 Cobra does NOT show this rest area
Missouri I-29 S.B. Cobra shows, Doesnt exist
Kentucky I-24 East Bound Mile Marker 53, Cobra Shows, Doesnt Exist.

Other 7750 Quirks:
Why must I choose between MPH or local time? There appears to be enough area at the bottom of the screen to display both.
PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE include exit numbers in POI Lists like Travel Centers.
When traveling through Kansas City, from the north, why does the 7750 want me to take NE Cookingham Drive, then to I-35, then back to I-435, instead of taking I-435 the whole way.

Mile Markers that are wrong:
I-84 East of Ogden, Ut says Im at MM 71, when Im really at MM 108.
I-55 Southbound in Illionois and Arkansas says Im at 52, when Im at 157. Also, The miles are counting up when they should be counting down.
These, mind you, are just the examples I was able to write down while driving, which is very difficult.
THanks,
Clutch -
