Pulled over for Spilling load in IL, will it go on record?

Not according to the info I recieved no inspection report no csa. CSA is just keeping track of inspections.

Yeah! You need to go back & check your facts! A Motor Carrier Inspection Report has to be filled out by the officer. If one was not, then it does not affect yours or the carrier's CSA data.

A person can get speeding tickets left & right. Get nabbed for a DUI 17 time in one night.... But if the Motor Carrier Inspection Report is not done, then those tickets & violations will not be found on CSA

 

WRONG...CSA requires the specific CSA Inspection Form to be completed by the officer...without the inspection no CSA violation.

I think the term "secured load" when dealing with garbage trucks is very different from the "big rig" "load securement" and the Federal Regs. Judging by the low amount of the fine...this is more of a "littering" issue not truly load securement...more like it should read "load containment"!

 

Research the section/paragraph# he was cited under. State code or city code? If State, was it under the IL commercial vehicle code? That should answer your question.

 

I'd tell you this was dead wrong and if there wasn't an inspection filled out than there are no CSA point, but I think it's been covered already.

 

sorry to spoil the news just because a inspection report wasnt done it doesnt matter any citation or moving violation is goin on your csa score from headlight out to a warning ticket. I had a rock hauler in Oklahoma lose his load directly in front of me and it caused a motorcycle to wreck and even though I got caught in the middle of the situation I got points on my csa score and my safety dept had to submit a challenge on my part I didnt lose the rocks and I was on the shoulder when the bike wrecked out ATTACH: It went on my record because some1 went to the hospital. the bad part I was on the shoulder and i was pissed the fudge off that my truck was shattered with rocks and I walked over to the rock hauler while he sat in his truck he never got out and I looked down the road and asked what happened he said a motorcycle had a wreck and #### I couldnt even see the wreck but i got points for some1 else causing 14,000$ worth of damage to my truck, yall better learn these laws they are all against us.

 

dont know where you are getting this specific csa form from but I have family on the force and its not a specific form if you dont believe me stop and ask a DOT officer

 

folks any citation or warning will affect your CSA score dont listen to drivers go get the book its in all truck stops or you can find it on the internet. Dont listen to hear say

 

Hitman I dont mean to curse but these /////// dont even know that a warning ticket for a headlight out will go on your CSA score officers dont have a CSA form its not up to them its what violations hit you MVR
