Good morning all!! I just went through the daunting task of reading all 19 pages of posts and it all confirmed my theory of Tango being a good company. I had the opportunity to start with them about 9 months ago but LinkAmerica called me first (big mistake). I cleaned out my LinkAmerica truck on sunday after being laid over in florida for the weekend. My hubby made the 600 mile trip after work on friday to come spend the weekend with me and i decided to empty my truck sunday morning and come home. I called Tango monday morning and talked to James. (he remembered me from 9 months ago) He updated my app and got verification from Link, called me back tuesday morn around 10:00 to tell me all was well and i was ready for orientation. I am taking this week off since i havent had a vacation in 3 years since i started driving. I go in to shreveport on Monday to hopefully start a very long career with Tango. Again, from what ive read on here I have a very good feeling about Tango. Any advice or tips about the company would be appreciated. Everyone be safe out there
blueeyes40 Thanks this. -
Yea, I almost made the same mistake of going to LinkAmerica.

drivers beware!!if you ever dispatched to the slack warehouse in shreveport there is a fool that works there by the name Cleo he gives the word devil a new meaning.I'm surprised he hasn't met a good knuckle sandwich yet.Don't know if he's employed by Tango or temp.agency but something needs to be done with this fool.

Don't come to Tango! I have been here for 6 weeks and I have not seen a week over 1,600 miles. I'm looking for something else. In 26 years of driving a truck I have never seen so much mismanagement of equipment or personnel. And now they've moved me to DM that sounds like he's still wet behind the ears. So if you want to earn a good living, don't come to Tango.
blueeyes40 and KE5WDP Thank this. -
Agreed.
Also, I found that Ivan Buckner is nothing but a liar. What a jerk. And HE WILL NOT STAND UP FOR THE DRIVER. Period!blueeyes40 and fatboy62 Thank this. -
I agree with you about Mr.Buckner and his little yes man Tim is just as bad.
